How do I change input languages?
I want to be able to type in German and possibly other languages in the future. Where do I change the keyboard language setup? I have been unable to find anything obvious in settings. I am getting sick and tired of not being able to quickly type umlauts and esszetts.

On Linux you usually have the compose button that should allow to easily type most accented characters easily.
