My personas (now called themes) stopped rotating and I have tried everything.

I have Personas Plus, Lightweight Themes and Personas Rotator. I have them rotate my favorites. They stopped rotating and I have tried disabling them, using only 2 at a time, nothing helps. When I go to my collection it tells me to log in. After I log in and click on rotate personas it again tells me to sign in. This has been going on for a few days now. I've checked the forums and this has not been addressed. I am using Windows 7, 64-bit.
