I have tried all the above and Firefox has been slow for years. I cant watch movies not even on youtube and facebook crashes. It takes about 20 minutes start up

Thank you for your question.

I can see that you are using Windows Vista, which suggests that you have an older PC. Have you used the housekeeping tools included with Windows to clear out temporary files and have run the defragmentation utility to speed it up a little?
