Is this the problem? In Thunderbird, you want to send emails, but you cannot send anything.

You click on 'Write' and create an email. Then you click on 'Send' button.

What happens? What error message do you get? Please show image of error message or type it word for word.

What are account documents. Is this something some contact manager provides or just what?

Dear Matt.

These are the mails I have sent have and are in my map and want to use to mail through to someone else. Same problem I have when I want to scan a page and also cannot send away!
