Why is my home screen flashing and won't load after installing Firefox?
I loaded Firefox for Windows8 64 bit on my brand new HP laptop.. And now.. My computer will not load.. It stays stuck with trying to load the home screen,. Flashing over and over.. Have to control, alt, delete just to sign out so that I can shut down my computer. It wasn't doing this until I installed Firefox. I am a DJ, and use my computer for work.. And now I can't use it at all.. It won't load after installing your product. This computer isn't even 5 weeks old.. I just got it.. And have only used it a short time with using my DJ program. Please help me resolve this issue... Please

You mean Windows 8 won't even display the desktop, much less run Firefox? I fear you may have downloaded an unofficial package with some unwanted extras. Could you try starting Windows in its Safe Mode (not Firefox Safe Mode, but Windows Safe Mode) and check the Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, for stuff that you did not install or did not intend to install?
