I am having terrible problems with my Outlook email account and want to create a gmail account. After I create my User name and password I am asked to verify a QR Code. One must have a Smart phone to verify it and I only have a plip phone which does not work.

I was told that if I went to your browser and opened a private or incognito internet window and went to the google Account sign in page I could skip the verification code and continue with creating the gmail account.

I have a Firefox account I use as my default work browser. My organization's latest software updates forced me to re-install the latest version of Firefox. I specifically un-checked the box when installing that suggested clearing my settings and extensions, etc because I wanted to retain the way my profile was configured. Personally I do not like the new firefox. My bookmarks will not open in a new tab automatically when needed, it over rides the current tab that is opened. Additionally I am constantly being bothered with a unrelated pop up every time I open a new tab. and the Firefox logo used to appear so that you could click on it and get to firefox's home page. New version is horrible. may have to abandon and use another browser.

I kept getting crashed error everytime I open firefox. It prompted me to update which I did and install. I LOST ALL my apps and passwords that was shortcut on firefox. I need that restored as it has a lot of my business access links to sites.

Additionally firefox keeps crashing and giving me error message to restore or close. I click close but I also clicked restore and it still kept on giving me issues. It's causing me a lot of stress.

Hi my firefox just updated to version 153.0.1 on all 5 family computers some running win 11 and some win 10 and 2 win 11 pro. now we all experience firefox crashing and not loading pages. When we go to settings and select contact support it says the system crashed. Is there a way to roll back to a version that works without crashing without have to revert to goggle chrome or edge? regards Mal

Firefox takes me to the home page but, when I try to sign in, the sign in page just keeps reloading and will not allow me to enter a username or password. I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, disabled virus/malware detection, turned off Windows fast start, restarted the PC but it makes no difference. I can sign-in using Chrome with no problem at all.
