i deleted my firefox bookmarks yesterday, and when i recovered them and tried to use them firefox is failing to read them

i deleted my firefox bookmark backups yesterday, placing them into my recycle bin and then emptying it, today i regretted it and used diskdrill to recover them however, when i try to load them back up firefox says it is unable to process the backup file. is there anything you can do to help me with this problem? i have included some images if that will help at all
