Why can't I see either the toolbar or my enabled extensions in Firefox for Android, in this case, on Samsung mobile devices.

I figured it out; it was a clear cut case of complete mental flatulence on my part. In other words, "DUH?" But thanks to everyone who attempted to help, sure beats trying get help from google, microsoft or Cramsum.

? Can you attach a screenshot of your menu?

Here's a random screenshot from VLC's website. If I click on the 3 dot menu or hamburger button I have a menu item for extensions. But in Firefox desktop I have a toolbar that shows the symbol for extensions plus a few extensions that I pinned there for easy access, like the Video Downloadhelper extension. I have Firefox on all of my android devices and I can't get the toolbar to display on any of them. To be completely honest, I don't even know if the toolbar can be displayed on Android mobile devices, like tablets or phones. Thanks for responding and for your help.
