The search function works well but once I have a batch of messages I need to move to the appropriate folder, the "Move to" option isn't available. It was fully functional before the update to the latest version of TB. Can it be restored?

Do you mean with Classic Search (Ctrl+Shift+F)? It's still present in 115/W10 (see picture). If you don't see it, test for a broken layout by running in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Option when launching TB).
