When replying to an e-mail there is an option to inlcude the orignial message in the reply. since the new version of TB this option does not work see picture

No matter how many times I click on the include message choice no check mark appears. and the message is not included in the reply

I tried playing around with my Norton program At one point I think the problem went away but I have not been able to repear it. Tried truning off a lot of Norton stuff but the problem did not go away.

Amazing that I am the only person with this problem.??
