a. I have a situation where the subject line shows for example: Hello how are you b. I double click and open the email and the subject line is different (Account info for SA Domain) and the contents are correlate with the subject (Account info for SA Domain). c. I have added an image showing where I double click and showing the subject line. When I double click to open the mail it is a different mail.

Have you tried right-clicking on folder and selecting properties and repair? The index sometimes gets corrupted and this usually fixes it.
