Lost all Contacts when upgrading from Ver. 60 to Ver 90
I have lost ALL my contacts when I just upgraded from THUNDERBIRD 60.n to 90.n. How can I get these back? There is a long list of people.

If you don't have any backups in LDIF, vcf or csv format, see if there any .mab or .mab.bak files in the profile folder. Help/More Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, copy any .mab or .mab.bak files to another folder, and remove the .bak extensions (unless there is already a .mab with the same name and size), then in TB 91 Tools/Import...Address Books....Mork database... select one of the .mab files.
