Thunderbird updated. Had to reset up email accounts. All old email are gone. How to find and reinstall them.

I already did the thunderbird.exe -p and all I got was the new thunderbird email program with the new emails updated. All of my old emails are gone. I also had an inactive email account with emails on it that I needed. gone.

So -P shows only one profile?

If you visit %appdata%\thunderbird\profiles there is only one profile directory?
