Old computer crashed and I'm now trying to set up Thunderbird on new computer but I can't get it to work. First Mozilla say configuration found then that it's not verified. I have an account on another computer where I can receive mail. Can the information be sent to that address - it's the same one I'm trying to setup on this machine.

Thank you for responding. I have contacted Cox, my provider, and got a new password. Thunderbird now installed and working fine. Apparently my problem wasn't just the password but the User name, too.
