I deleted an inactive account. How can I restore/import the emails and templates?

Without thinking I deleted an inactive email account and--of course-- lost all of the templates and emails associated with the account. I can find the files under \Profiles\etc\ as shown in the image. I just can't import the files. For example. They show up as: Template MSF File 14 KB Template File 1600KB
