Still isn't possible set a specific ringtone to a contact from FXOS native configuration, you can try to search for a App on the Marketplace

Setting your favourite music as ringtone works with Firefox OS 3.0 (Nightly). You have to update your OS to use this feature. It is available in the ringtone settings.
