look for suitable dictionary and click on 'Download Dictionary' link. The page with the selected dictionary opens. Click on 'Add to Thunderbird' button A small window appears asking what to do. Select 'Save File' and click on OK choose where to save the file.
In Thunderbird: Tools > Addons click on gear wheel icon and select 'Install addon from file' Select the xpi file you downloaded and click on Open.
