Can no longer log-in to Addons to access my Favorites. What to do?
After removing an "add on" that Avast didn't like, my Personas changed to some blue thing that I'd never chosen. When I attempted to log on to Addons, Mozilla would no longer accept my usual username/e-mail/password. I've requested a password reset, but have received nothing. How do I get this resolved without losing all my Favorites?

The Mozilla Add-ons page is independent from the Mozilla Support site. It's run by different people and have different care-takers and admins. You can post a thread at the AMO Feedback and Support to have them take a look for you as the admins here don't have access to that database.
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
Thanks! I knew there were separate logins, but didn't know they had their own support forum. Thanks again. Hopefully someone will be able to fix me. I can log into the forum without a problem. Over my head.
