When I go to Pandora and other sites an odd virtual page turn appears in upper right corner. It is obviously an ad system, but I can't find how to disable. In addition, a serve bar for bing appears and when I go to disable at ssrv123.com, nothing happens.

I think you can try to use ABL add block plus and scan the blockable items on the page. You can also right click over that portion of the page and select to block it. Check out Add block plus add on
