Why doesn't Directv allow FF users to pay on line?

Until a year ago I could log into my Directv account and pay online while in FF. Now you cannot do it. You fill in all the required information and hit pay and nothing happens. I have repeatedly complained to Directv and they say they are aware of the problem but they obviously refuse to fix it. Is there a problem between FF and Directv? I hate having to log into IE once a month to pay the bill but when I use IE to do it sails right though. Is there a way around the problem that will let me pay Directv while in FF. I pay all other monthly bills in FF with zero problems.

There is a Bug filed - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=808454 - that sounds similar to your problem. Hard for Mozilla to troubleshoot a Direct TV website incompatibility issue without having "guest" credentials to log in and poke around.
