Using Qucikbooks remote access which uses ActiveTouch Container Plugin. It crashes everytime I try to log on remotely. I've tried everything. Any ideas?

Quickbooks Remote Access is run by WebEx.

I get to the point where I am connecting to the remote computer and a new window should pop-up. The page hangs and then I get the message: The ActiveTouch Container Plugin has crashed. I've reinstalled the plugin several times. I've done a clean uninstall of all all webex meeting manager software. I've downloaded the plugin to another computer to be sure it is downloading correctly. The Quickbook support group is useless and unable to provide any help other than re-download plu-in. I was using this remote access for months with no issue and a week ago it just stopped working. I also had a vendor presentation scheduled via webex meeting a week ago and was unable to get that to work either..

Type about:crashes in location bar and post some crash report IDs if present.

No crash ID - see screen shot. Not much to work on I know.

As it's a third party plugin, I don't really see how Mozilla could help you. What does say the editor of this plugin?
