In Firefox 9.0.1 for Windows 7, when I "Show all Bookmarks" and search for one, the Library window shows me the bookmark but not its placement in the bookmark menu tree. Is there a way to get that info without manually traversing the whole tree folder by folder?

Try this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/show-parent-folder/

After install and re-starting Firefox

  • open Library window Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks
  • right-click on right pane column headings, check/click the column headings you want displayed; Parent Folder column is added by above extension
  • drag column headings right/left to position that suit your needs.
