My menu bar is missing all of a sudden. How do I reinstall it? The one that has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, etc". Thank you.
The top bar is the one w/ refresh, X, home then the bar to type in websites. The menu bar used to be below that, now it's gone and I have a bar that says, "Most visited, Free Hotmail & Windows." I had several sights saved in my favorites for my home based business and I can't get to them now. Thank you.

This may be a silly question but you're not in full screen mode are you?
If so there should be a button to return you to normal. I am using Mac so can't be sure about what this looks like in Windows but if it is the same it is in the top right, an icon with 2 arrows pointing at each other across the diagonal of the button.
