Wizard tell me to shut down Firefox before set up
I download the software, then it takes me to the Mozilla Firefox set up wizard. the wizard tell me that Firefox must be closed to proceed with the application. It tells me close firefox to continue? How can that be possible. Once I close firefox, everything is gone HELP

Firefox may be "hanging at exit".
- Stop the Firefox process:
- Mozillazine - Kill application

- Why Firefox may hang:

- Firefox is already running but is not responding
- Use Firefox Safe Mode to find a problem with an Extension or Plugin:
- Don't check anything when entering Safe Mode, just continue
- If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode it is probably and Extension or Plugin causing the problem
