Before I upgraded firefox to 5.0, my google toolbar had a feature called auto fill in which I stored my personal info. When I had to complete a form on any web site, all I had to do was click on auto fill and the info would automatically download into the proper spaces on the form. This was a great time saver and I am annoyed that in upgrading to firefox 5.0, I lost this ability because google is not compatible.

If you cannot Live without Google Toolbar and Firefox as a pair Try using this extension to force compatibility of Google Toolbar

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/

Check and tell if its working.

Here are "auto fill" add-ons that are available from the Add-ons website.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=auto+fill&cat=all&x=0&y=0

IMO, this is the best choice and it has been around the longest:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autofill-forms/

This would be my second choice:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autofill-262804/

It's a shame that Google waited over 4 weeks after Firefox 5 was released to announce that they were dropping that add-on for Firefox 5+ versions. I see it as a "marketing" move to get more people to switch to Chrome.

Downloaded your best choice...thanks.

mha007...it did force google onto toolbar...thanks for advice.

cor-el: Thanks, but I used the force method and got the entire toolbar.

There is no guarantee that all features work if you do such a forced install and you may get other problems as well because that toolbar has been reported to cause problems in the past.

Thanks cor-el...I'll watch out for any glitches.

yey I got my toolbar back thanks guys!
