Can only read Comcast email in IE; cannot sign in with FF. Have cleared cache, hx, etc

From comcast home (Xfinity now) I can still sign in to my financial account. I cannot sign into my Comcast email acount. The sign in page comes up. I sign in. I am flashed a screen with my "email preview" and then sent right back to CC home page. If I try again, I receive and error message that I cannot sign in. I can sign in through IE, but I do not want to use IE. Comcast only supports IE and said they cannot help me with FF.
