Certain websites need java Script working and I am always thrown out because I am told I have not got Java script Installed In the Tools Options I have this ticked on as working?

Make sure that Firebug isn't blocking scripts because they have errors.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
