I cannot access my inbox at Tiscali .co.uk. It says I have undefined mails in my inbox and will not open . It is ok using Microsoft IE

Instead of telling me how many emails I have in my inbox , The message " you have undefined new mails in your inbox" But I cannot open the inbox , All other functions are OK ie sending deleted junk etc. This happened after I clicked on update now box.I can access my email using Internet Explorer so I know it not thewmail server.
