What you can try:

  • Disable anything icq-related in tools,addons,extensions. More details here: uninstalling add-ons
  • Reset location bar search engine (that sets it to Google which is the default):
    • 1. On the address bar, type ‘about:config’ without quotes.
    • 2. Locate keyword.url
    • 3. Right click on it and reset.
