disc does not run in tray of modern
I have a brand new premium Windoes 7 Home Edition Computer, model: Inspiron 560. I am tring to install my Total PC Software Suite DVD disc. When I went to my Start Menu, Click on Computer, Double-click on DVD/RW drive., and I should of got this, "Answer Yes to the User Account Control question.
Well, instead of the above statement, a small box appeared, telling me to install the above DVD disc, and when I closed the tray, nothing happened. BY thw way any DVD disc I insatll same results. There is more action watching dush bunnies move across my floor. Why is this?

This doesn't sound like a Firefox issue to me. I think you'd be better off posting it on the Dell support forum instead: http://en.community.dell.com/
I just got off the phone with a Dell Tech, and he ran a few tests, and the optical drive needs to be replaced. I purchased this pc just last month from QVC, right off the assembky line. 04/17/2011, and in the short time I have my pc I could never download a DVD disc in the tray of the modern. I quess that the employees, who put my pc together did not bother to see if it was working properly. It must of been the last one on the belt before their shift ended. Now, I can not install my Total PC Software Suite DVD disc, with my 4 year McAfee Anti-Virus protection. the Dell tech will not be here to late next week, and now since my free 30 day McAfee expires tonight, I have to go to their website and purchase a McAfee Anti-Virus for probably a year......Don't they have an download of this for a month only? I sure do appreciate your knowledge and help. Thanks again.
You can install one of the Free (for personal use) Anti-Virus applications that are available.
