I was just upgraded to firefox 4.0. I have downloaded almost all the add-on's and plug-ins to get back to normal until I wanted to watch a video on you-tube I get a screen It say's click here for plug -in to watch video then it starts the download process and stops and say's turn off these conflecting programs {modzilla firefox} and and download will finish. It doe's everything seems ok, untill I go to watch the video and I get the same screen again I've tried everything

You could try going directly to Adobe's download page rather than using the "missing plugin" finder. Just in case Adobe has been detecting your browser incorrectly, try this page:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
