How do I manually delete temporary internet files, and if I delete them on IE are they also deleted onFirefox?
I know how to delete cookies on firefox but have not figured out how to delete temporary internet files. I can do it on IE, does that do the job or do I have to delete TIF's on firefox also?

The equivalent of temporary internet files on Firefox is the cache. For details of how to clear it see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/How+to+clear+the+cache
Clearing TIFs in IE will not clear the cache in Firefox.
