font sizes changes and preference font size setups do not have any affect what so ever

I made some changes on several different setups including on page that contains font sizes and letter parameters. Anyway, after I was done, all the font sizes have acted like lottery. If I put like 10 for font size or 30, there are no difference. Only thing that I can use to change font size is trough page enlargement, but this I have to do all the time, everytime after I close window or start new tab.

Try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.
