i cannot open firefox as my browser and keep getting reconnect error

firefox is my web browser but when i go to open it i get a message that says the connection was reset. i cant get to any other websites under my user name as it says the same thing, but under my wifes user name everything is fine

i tried what they said in the link but it did not work, i saw on the extensions that HP web printing was not compatible with the new version of firefox, not sure if that has anything to do with it
