i asked a few days ago i am on Firefox have been for years and do not wan to have to change. I am trying to video call with my family from messenger and when i try it say it can not on Firefox. Why ? i d love to but why can t firefox do video calling from messenger is it Firefox or is it Facebook?you will force me to go to chrome or edge which i would rather not do please let me kno why this is thank you

It is Facebook. They use archaic createEncodedStreams() API, which is available only in Chrome, instead of the standard RTCRtpScriptTransform API, which is available in all browsers.

We are trying to override it somehow in bug 1896361.
