
There are times when suddenly new emails cannot be received in Thunderbird.
I have set up a Microsoft 365 account in Thunderbird for sending and receiving emails. Suddenly, new emails cannot be received in Thunderbird. Even when trying to send/receive manually, new emails are not received. No errors are displayed. When logging into email via the web (Outlook), I can confirm the new emails. Microsoft confirmed that the underlying cause is due to the UIDL map and UIDL history not updating correctly. Reinstalling the Thunderbird app did not resolve the issue. Could you please advise on a solution?

would that be as an IMAP/POP account. using the exchange web services via and addon or the native code that is under development in the beta program.
