Auto fill stopped working for USPS
I use an iMac and Macbook Pro. Autofill that used to work is no longer working on both of these when I go to USPS.com and sign up for updates on packages. It use to fill in my name on the top line and on the bottom line, it would fill in my email.
What can I do to get this feature back? It stopped working around the beginning of 2025.

Firefox version: 103.0.3 downloaded a few days ago for both computers. OS: Ventura 13.7.12 on iMac and Sonoma 14.5 on Macbook Pro
It is the tracking and confirm website that the autofill stopped working, not for logging into usps.com The tracking website does not ask for a password, just my name and my email address so it can send me updates.

I had to sign up for updates and when I went back the second time, it shows my autofil information on both lines. see screenshots Try the same steps.

That is what I did also. For years it would autofill but it stopped a few months ago.
So if you put in your info and then go back to it a second time, it should show you the autofill option.
I guess I do not know what you mean by autofill option. What does the autofill option look like? Is it a tab that comes down?
All I know is that I could autofill on USPS using both computers for years and now it doesn't work. What I used to do does not work.
I used to be able to start writing my name and after writing M for Martha it would show my entire name which I would select.
Then as soon as I would put in m for my email address, it would show my entire email address and I would select that.
