The support search does not appear to support community forum questions in the "attention needed" state. Please reconsider this limitation, as these newer questions are more likely to be relevant to others arriving with the same question. Very frustrating to search for something, have no results returned, write up the issue, and only then discover that three other people have reported the exact same problem. If "attention needed" results had appeared in the initial search, I could have found one and selected the "I have this problem, too" button, and then added any other relevant details to that discussion, keeping the conversation from scattering into multiple questions. Incidentally, it is pretty obnoxious that there is no feedback mechanism for this forum site itself.
