Google Maps Street View
When the little yellow man is placed on to the map, and a direction arrow is clicked, the view just continues to spin round. Clicking on the 'X' in the top right hand corner terminates street view. This does not happen with other browsers.
My OS is Debian 12, Firefox is the latest version 115.9.1esr (64bit).

Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?
Try downloading Firefox from Mozilla. Download, unzip, and run firefox-bin from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

a direction arrow is clicked
Which "direction arrow" specifically? Keyboard arrow keys? The small compass arrows? The arrow target placed in the environment? The arrow directions for a route?
jonzn4SUSE. Thank you for your responses.
Troubleshoot mode made difference, the problem prevails.
X11.
Haven't tried your 2nd suggestion as yet. I'll keep you posted.
zeroknight. Yes, the keyboard arrow keys. Using the compass arrows works OK.
Does it still happen with the flatpak package?
