How on earth do I update my Mozilla Firefox, I cannot play my Apple TV or Amazon Prime, which I am paying for, until I update it! I have tried really hard but am 78 and it's not happening!

Hi, usually going through
(menu bar) Firefox > About Firefox
will let your Firefox check for updates and download them. This article has more information on that method: Update Firefox to the latest release.
Is that giving you an error message? What does it say?
