Hello,

I made a download 10 months ago, it failed OK.

But every other week that same old download keeps on restarting and failing.. its some kindof bug.

It then piles up with all failed downloads from the last year and they all try to load again and again automatically.

I tried to reinstall firefox and all but its a weird bug.

I have screenshots if needed.

This can happen if you leave a download page open in a tab, every time the page loads it will try to download again.

See if it still happens with all your extensions disabled.
