Now that TBSync & Provider no longer work in TB, how do we continue to sync/use Apple AddressBook with TB?

How does one add the Apple Addressbook and/or find the Addressbook cardDav URL?

Now that TBSync & Provider no longer work in TB, how do we continue to sync/use Apple AddressBook with TB?   2. 2. Use this URL format: https://<server-id>-contacts.icloud.com/<dsid>/carddavhome/card/
