I cannot print double sided when I use the firefox browser. This is difficult because I am printing a lot of research papers out right now. I can print double-sided from other browsers or apps (like Microsoft Word). I am including a picture of what the print screen looks like within Firefox.

Hi, it appears that Firefox did not detect the capability of two-sided printing with your printer. When it does detect it, the additional option should appear near the bottom (example below). I think you will need to click "Print using the system dialog" to access the printer properties/preferences dialog and select two-sided printing. You also could file a bug with the developers about your printer to see whether they can add better support for duplex printing on it: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/.
