Ebay return label will only print packing slip

Printing a return label on ebay, only page 2 packing slip will print. Page 1, the actual label, will not print or show up in the preview. Nothing happens when trying to save to pdf or save to novapdf, no file saved. Had to use Edge to print the full label. Tried on 2 different computers, same result.

I'm not familiar with how eBay does their labels. Is the label already a PDF that you could launch in Adobe Reader/Acrobat or into another viewer for printing? If you are viewing the PDF in Firefox's built-in PDF viewer, you would use its little download button for that:
