Dear,

With the last upgrade to version 78.4.0 , most of all local folders are not anymore visualized. They remain present in the Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/.../ folder, but they are not visually present under the local maps.

What is the trick to let them appear again?

Try this: close TB, open the Mail/Local Folders subfolder of the profile folder, delete the .msf index files that are stored for each mbox file with the same name. Restart TB to automatically recreate the index files, and see if the folders appear under Local Folders in the Folder Pane.
