Cannot enable light theme in Thunderbird...Help!

I recently had a Windows 10 update, not sure it is related but since the update when I open Thunderbird it opens using the Default theme. Although it shows a Light Theme and Dark Theme it will not allow me to enable the light theme.

How can I disable the default theme and enable the light theme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By doing what is described in the link it changes other screens in W10 that I did not want to change to light theme. Is there any way to enable the light theme in TB add-ons so it will only affect TB?
