Why is it not possible to fix Thunderbird for using ImportExportTools AddOn ?
This should be no technical problem at all.

As I have looked some time ago at https://addons.thunderbird.net/de/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/, there was no information and no given note for a new AddOn like ImportExportTools until Thunderbird Update 60.8.
Now I am glad that there is a new AddOn for a new version of ImportExportTools.
