If I add firefox preview to my firefox account, I can see the desktop bookmarks on my phone, but not the other way around. In the settings menu the checkboxes to select what to sync (bookmarks and history) are greyed out and cannot be activated.

Correction: I still cannot toggle the checkboxes, but the bookmarks will sync if I login with the email and password, not via the QR code
