I downloaded the stationary add on. It said it was installed and shows when I use the down-arrow and mark use other stationary. But there is nothing there. It opens an HTML box but if I click on a name it is empty. Where do I choose the stationary from? Thank you, Lila

I have not used the add-on for years, but when I did I had to download "outlook express" stationary files from the internet for it to use.
