Neither one shows up on the Addons Manager page. Dlink Uplayer-1.0.2.7 was downloaded and installed at least twice. Rapport was reinstalled, and I got a message to complete the protection I must enable the Rapport extension in the Addon Manager but it is also not showing up there, either.

Running version 60.6.3esr(64-bit).
